For standard delivery service we use Royal Mail (3-4 days delivery) for any item weight under 2KG (small parcel) and dispatch within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday). Cleaning Tools Limited offer other delivery services as well.
Any item purchased after 9am Friday, will be dispatch next working day (i.e. Monday – excluding bank holidays).
We dispatch medium / large items or any item over 2kg with 2-3 days courier company as standard. Delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. With some of the more remote and overseas areas, delivery can take few extra days.
